Dunloe House has secured final planning approval for a large commercial development at Dan Spring Road in Tralee, Co Kerry. The scheme, described as a tourist service centre, will include a 110-bedroom hotel, an apart-hotel with 48 two-bedroom units, 36 two-bedroom apartments, 11 shop units of 9,400 square feet, one store of over 16,000 square feet, a restaurant and bar, petrol filling station, drive-through restaurant and a medical centre.
