ENGINEERING, construction and project manager IDC has leased 17,500 square feet of office space in St John's House, a 60,000-square-foot office block at Tallaght, Dublin 24. The company will be paying a rent of £13 per square foot for the third floor of the building, which is located in a designated area close to The Square shopping centre. Jones Lang Wootton and Spain Courtney Doyle are joint letting agents.

The same agents are marketing the final phase of Tallaght Retail Park, which includes five units ranging in size from 1,000 to 12,000 square feet. A rent of £15.50 is being quoted for the space. Flanagan's Restaurant has taken 8,000 square feet.
