ENGINEERING design company Project Management Group has leased 18,000 square feet of office space at the newly developed office block, Killakee House and Blessington House, in Belgard Square, Tallaght.

The company will be paying a rent of £12 per square foot for the three floors of the building. About 150 staff will be based at its new offices.
