Houses and apartments go on sale this weekend in another phase of Shingán, right, a development on the edge of Enniscorthy, Co Wexford. Prices are from €139,900 and interiors are ready to move into in this 200-unit scheme.

Selling agent Sherry FitzGerald O'Leary of Enniscorthy is offering two ground floor two-bed apartments of 63sq m (680sq ft) and six two-bedroom duplexes of the same size from €139,900.
