Rosslare: from €199,750Bungalows and apartments across the road from the entrance to Rosslare golf club and in walking distance of the beach go on sale this weekend through the Ray Corish agency. There are 10 for sale in this phase, out of a total of 30 eventually planned for the site.
Prices, from €199,750 for two-bed apartments and €252,750 for three-bedroom dormer houses, have already attracted Dublin buyers and seven have been sold from plans at an earlier stage. The development is selling from plans at the offices of Ray Corish & Company at Custom House Quay, Wexford.
The houses and apartments are spread among five white-rendered terraced blocks. Buyers have seven designs to choose from, with three-bedroom dormer houses, two-bed terraced bungalows and two-bedroom end terrace apartments on offer.
Each unit comes with a designated parking space and the houses have gardens. The site off Fairway Drive fronts both Strand Road and Woodtown Road. For sale in this phase are six two-bedroom apartments and four three-bedroom dormer terraced houses. The latter measure 873 to 907 sq ft. and are priced from €252,750.
These have an open-plan sittingroom/kitchen and two bedrooms on the ground floor - one double and one single. The main bedroom upstairs includes an en suite shower room. Small private front and back gardens are provided, and there is a €1,000 tiling allowance.
Two different sizes of two-bedroom apartments are also for sale. Smaller units of 700 to 721 sq ft cost from €199,750, while larger two-beds of 820 sq ft are priced from €226,500.
Previous projects by Sinnott Developments include Links Close and Rosehill, both in Rosslare Harbour. Apartments and houses sold in this phase will be ready to move into by October this year according to the selling agent.
