Co Kildare: from €655,000 Phase two of Moyglare Manor launches in Maynooth this weekend, with seven five-bedroom houses from €655,000 on offer. Showhouses open for viewing on Saturday.

Selling agent Coonan Real Estate Alliance will be taking bookings for the seven detached houses, which have 169sq m (1,817sq ft) of living space. Moyglare Hall is on Moyglare Road, about a mile from Maynooth's Main Street and the train station.

A project by Mycete, the entire scheme consists of six different types, including townhouses, apartments and the detached houses currently on offer.

Interiors of the three-storey detached houses at Moyglare Hall are traditional and the show units are pleasing to the eye. Kitchen/sunrooms have cream units, a wood-panelled ceiling with Velux windows and French doors to a terrace. An allowance of €8,000 is provided for kitchen units, so buyers can choose something different if necessary.

A tiling allowance of €2,000 is also provided, €2,000 for the fireplace and €3,000 for wardrobes. The layout comprises a sittingroom, formal diningroom and kitchen/sunroom plus guest toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs at first floor level are four bedrooms and the family bathroom.

A glamorous top floor main bedroom suite includes an en suite shower room and walk-in wardrobe. Outside, town-sized gardens will come levelled and seeded. Previous developments by Mycete include Garnett Vale in Dunboyne and Barnside in Santry.

Houses booked this weekend will be ready to move into from this autumn onwards, says the selling agent. Viewing extends until Sunday.
