Dublin 15: from €575,000 Fifteen four-bedroom houses go on sale this weekend at Capel Development's Rathborne scheme off the Navan Road in Dublin 15.

Hamilton Osborne King is quoting prices from €575,000 to €625,000 for these good-sized family homes, the last to be built at Earlswood. Sizes range from 144-145sq m (1,550-1,560sq ft) and accommodation is over three floors.

Over 150 units have been sold to date at Earlswood, which is in a terrific location less than four miles from the city centre. Specification is good, with solid oak internal doors and landscaped back gardens, complete with wood decking.
