The final block of 18 apartments in the Carville Group's development at Firhouse in south west Dublin is for sale this Saturday and Sunday through Hooke & MacDonald. When completed, the Killininny Court scheme will have 38 apartments in two blocks beside Firhouse Shopping Centre.

Prices for one-bedroom apartments will start at £132,000 while two-bedroom units will cost from £159,000. The homes will be completed by next autumn. All of them have either a private patio or a balcony. There are electronically controlled access gates to the scheme with the main entrance through a courtyard.
