Façades are mostly brick and the three blocks currently for sale face a designated green space.

Construction is well under way and completions are expected from this autumn through to November. Spec is good and the show units are decorated to make the most of tall (9ft) ceiling heights and the smart contemporary fittings.

Standard features include gas central heating, flame-effect electric fires by Lamartine, and recessed spot lighting. Kitchen units are white, with dark wood-effect worktops and white tiled splashbacks.

Sitting/diningrooms are airy and open-plan, with large windows for maximum light.

Fitted wardrobes are also part of the package and an extractor fan is included with the kitchen units.

The own-door two-bedroom apartments have a small sit-out terrace by the front entrance.

Living areas are open-plan, with a glass block divider separating off the kitchen.

A contemporary pebble fire is slotted into the wall at the sittingroom end.

There is one double bedroom and one large single, both with wardrobes.

Above the apartments are own-door three-bed duplex units with a decked balcony off the separate sittingroom. Duplex kitchens are roomy enough to fit a breakfast table and small sofa.

On the upper floor are three bedrooms (all with wardrobes), an en suite shower of the main room and the family bathroom.

Annual management fees are set at €830 for the apartments and €911 for three-bed duplexes.

Viewing extends from noon today until Sunday.
