The final phase of holiday cottages at the popular St Helen's Village golf complex in Wexford go on sale this May bank holiday weekend. The letting agent for the Noonan Developments scheme is John Corish and prices range from £112,000 to £145,000 (€142,210 to €184,112). There are 22 semi-detached three-bedroom cottages available in the final phase of this Rosslare Harbour development. Membership of the adjoining St Helen's Bay Golf and Country Club, designed by Philip Walton, is now restricted to cottage owners only.
A number of the houses will be available for occupation in July 2001. On completion there will be over 200 cottages on site and other amenities include tennis courts, children's playing area, practice range and beach.
