THE FIRST homes at a large new scheme planned for Rathcoole in Co Dublin come to the market this weekend.
Peyton on Stoney Lane in Rathcoole will comprise over 200 homes when complete. Building is well underway on site and the first 30 homes go on sale this weekend through selling agent Finnegan Menton.
Prices start at €350,000 for large two-bed apartments with 84sq m (905sq ft) of living space. These top floor apartments have high ceilings and roof terraces.
Two-bed duplex houses have 88sq m (950sq ft) and have 35ft back gardens. There are also priced at €350,000. Three-bed duplex houses of 110sq m (1,185sq ft) are priced from €395,000.
Four-bed three-storey townhouses with 143sq m (1,540sq ft) are priced from €540,000 and four-bed three-storey semi-detached houses with 155-174sq m (1,670-1,870sq ft) are priced from €595,000.
Standard finish at Peyton will include kitchen appliances, granite worktops, fully-tiled bathrooms with heated towel rails, natural gas fireplaces and centralised vacuum systems.
All homes will be pre-wired for a media and technology system.
Three show units will be on display this weekend to give a flavour of what is on offer.
Completions are due from now until the end of the year, according to the selling agent. Previous schemes by developer Blackchurch Homes include Anchorage in Dún Laoghaire, and Coach House Yard in Kill, Co Kildare.
