Tuesday (May 23rd) A rare Irish whiskey sold for £3,600 (€4k) at a McTear's auction in Glasgow. A bottle of 20-year-old George Roe & Co pure Irish pot still whiskey inspired fierce telephone bidding, with the bottle eventually going to an Irish collector. See mctears.co.uk
