EMO Oil is to sell its leasehold interest in a disused tank farm at Alexandra Road in the Dublin docklands. The leasees on the four-acre site have another 30 years to run and are subject to annual rents of £800. Any redevelopment of the site can only proceed with the consent of the Dublin Port and Docks Board. The site includes a modern five-storey office block, warehouse and canteen.
