The first public-private partnership construction project in Cork, the National Software Centre at Loughmahon Technology Park, is due for completion next September. Roger Flack of Hamilton Osborne King is already in negotiations with a number of possible tenants for the 12,000 sq ft building which is being aimed at the information technology sector software development, technical assistance and service providers for the Internet.
