Ross McParland reported strong sales from the latest phase of Linnetfields, Menollys Homes's development off the Navan Road near Clonee, Dublin 15. The company sold 53 houses and apartments on Saturday and Sunday with a total value approaching £8 million. All the purchasers appeared to be first-time buyers, according to Brendan Byrne of the agency. He is now taking bookings for 57 homes and apartments, which are currently under construction. Three-bedroom semis will cost from £163,000; four-bedroom semis will cost £180,000; two-bedroom townhouses will be available from £145,000 while twobedroom apartments will be priced £130,000.
