With most properties unsold at auction yesterday and over the past week, there were some strong results among the disappointments.

Property Team O'Mahony fetched €3.365 million under the hammer for a large detached house with development potential, Neyland at Goatstown Road in Dublin 14.

Meanwhile, Sherry FitzGerald secured over €8 million for 74 Park Avenue in Sandymount, a large Victorian redbrick that was withdrawn from auction last week and sold in post auction negotiations.
