In provincial auctions, 15 acres zoned residential and 10 acres of agricultural land at Lisdonny, Oram, Castleblayney, Co Monaghan, was withdrawn at auction at €500,000 and is now quoting €750,000 through EP Mooney Ltd.
In Co Wexford, Quinn Property fetched €350,000 at auction for 12 acres of agricultural land with potential at Ballycanew, Gorey. In Co Meath, 48 The Park, Athlumney Wood, Navan, a three-storey townhouse, sold by private treaty for €245,000 through T&J Gavigan Real Estate Alliance and a four-bed detached house at The Crescent, Athlumney Abbey, Navan, sold for €412,000 through the same agent. Still in Co Meath, The Village Green, Carlanstown, Kells, a four-bed detached house sold for €354,000 through T&J Gavigan Real Estate Alliance.
In commercial sales, Keane's Costcutter and Texaco Garage, Rathdowney, Co Laois was withdrawn at €900,000 and is under negotiation through Joseph Coogan.
