In Tallaght, Dublin 24, a two-bedroom semi-detached cottage on 0.5 acres at 5 Old Court Cottages, was withdrawn at £235,000 and sold later for a higher price through Tom Maher.
A four-bedroom semi-detached house at 9 Maretimo Terrace, Blackrock, Co Dublin, was withdrawn at £400,000 by Douglas Newman Good, which sold it later for about £430,000.
Also in Blackrock, 58 Carysfort Avenue, a detached house in four units, was withdrawn by Gunne Residential, which is quoting £400,000-plus.
Dublin 2 and 4
Bennetts is seeking £310,000 for 14 Cranfield Place, Sandymount, a three-bedroom semi-detached house following its withdrawal from auction.
Also in Sandymount, the same agent sold a one-bedroom apartment at 4 Claremont Court, at auction, for £160,000.
A two-bedroom cottage at 17 Howard Street, Ringsend, was sold by Lisney for £145,000.
Dublin 6 and 8
A site for a four-bedroom mews house at 22/26 Charleville Close, Dublin 6, was withdrawn at £420,000 and is under negotiation through Conway Auctioneers.
In Dartry, 17 St Kevins Gardens, a four-bedroom semi-detached house, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is seeking £400,000.
A three-bedroom house at 16 Sallymount Gardens, Ranelagh, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £410,000.
Dublin 14 and 16
In Templeogue, 16 Ros Mor, a five-bedroom house on 2.35 acres on Scholarstown Road, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £2.3 million.
North Dublin
A three-bedroom bungalow on 9.5 acres, at Grange, Oldtown, Co Dublin, was sold at auction for £370,000 through JP & M Doyle.
Provincial
In Co Kildare, a cottage on 28 acres at Killeaney near Maynooth, was sold at auction for £610,000 through Coonan.
Near Maynooth, six acres of potential development land at Kilcloon Cross, was withdrawn at £380,000 and is under negotiation through Coonan.
A 24.5-acre non-residential farm at Donadea, Co Kildare, was sold at auction for £250,000 through Oliver Reilly.
The same agent sold a 3.5-acre holding in Clane at auction for £177,000.
A house on 11 acres, Fairways at Knockanally, Co Kildare, was withdrawn at £320,000 and is under negotiation through French Estates.
In Leixlip, a four-bedroom mid-terrace house at 3 The Mall, Main Street, was withdrawn by HOK Residential, which is quoting £375,000.
Still in Co Kildare, HOK Residential is seeking £850,000 for Jassamine House, a large Georgian house and mews on Main Street, Celbridge, after it failed to sell at auction.
In Co Meath, a four-bedroom bungalow on 18 acres, Bluebell Lodge, Branstown, Dunshaughlin, was sold at auction for £600,000 through Raymond Potterton.
A four-bedroom farmhouse on 7.5 acres, The View, Wilkins town, Navan, made £270,000 through Raymond Potterton.
Burton Hall House in Carlow, a four-bedroom house on 0.75 acres, was withdrawn at £160,000 and sold later for a higher price through Sothern.
In Kilkenny, an eight-bedroom period house, Donaguile House, Castlecomer, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is seeking £330,000.

Lisney secured £2.1 million at auction for 77 Merrion Square, a five-storey over basement Georgian office building with 517 square metres of office space.
A two-acre site with commercial zoning at Newcastle Road, Rathcoole, Co Dublin, was withdrawn at £380,000 by Lisney, which is quoting £600,000.
In Co Meath, 1.08 acres at Knockmarian, Ratoath, was withdrawn at £450,000 by Grimes, which is quoting over £600,000.
Gunne Commercial is seeking £500,000 for a 1.55acre development site on Main Street, Dunleer, following its withdrawal from auction.
Still in Co Louth, a 9.3-acre development site with outline planning permission for 40 houses at Knockbridge, Dundalk, was withdrawn by Gunne Commercial, which is quoting £1.4 million.
Sherry FitzGerald O'Leary is seeking over £900,000 for 57, 58 and 59 Main Street Gorey, following its withdrawal from auction. This commercial development has planning permission for two/three commercial units, two offices, six apartments and six duplex units.
