The 4,300 sq ft building dating from 1963 has a copper roof, mainly hardwood floors and has been well maintained. The accommodation includes 17 bedrooms. The monastery stands on a site of 1.25 acres and is likely to be used either for a nursing home, hostel, guest house or offices.
