The houses at Cluain Mhor start at £135,000 for the four-bedroom homes, and £148,000 for the five-beds. Cluain Mhor is a development of 17 four-bedroom and 21 five-bedroom houses on an eight-acre low-density site. There are two house types. The four-bedroom 1,552 sq ft Crann and the five-bed 1,846 sq ft Brugh. Brick fronts and bay windows are standard.
