Jackson-Stops secured a strong price of £990,000 at auction yesterday for 22 Upper Lad Lane, a three-storey mews house overlooking the canal in Dublin 2. Refurbished by interior decorator Isabelle Morton, the four-bedroom house has a home office and off-street parking. The other top seller of the week was a mews site at 16 Raglan Lane, to the rear of Wellington Road. Lisney achieved £810,000 for the site, which has planning permission for two four-bedroom units.

A three-bedroom mews house at 12 Pembroke Lane, Balls bridge, was withdrawn at £750,000 and is under negotiation through Douglas Newman Good.

On Wellington Road, Number 40, a four-bedroom mid-terrace Georgian property was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £1.55 million.

Elsewhere in Ballsbridge, a three-bedroom three-storey house at 28 Ballsbridge Wood was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Lisney. A three-bedroom townhouse at 47 Haddington Road was withdrawn by Lisney, which is seeking £600,000.

Also in Ballsbridge, a five-bedroom Edwardian semi-detached house, Belair, at 13 Oaklands Park, was withdrawn by Harper O'Grady, which is seeking £660,000.

Off the Merrion Road, Bellevue Lodge, Bellevue Avenue, a two-bedroom lodge on 0.75 acres, was sold at a Jackson-Stops auction for £200,000. In Donnybrook, a four-bedroom mid-terrace house at 7 Carlisle Avenue was withdrawn at £550,000 and sold later for a higher price through Lisney.

In Sandymount, 15a Strand Road, a two-bedroom end of terrace house in need of modernisation, was sold at auction for £307,500 through Bennetts.

South Dublin

In Glenageary, St Jude's, a four-bedroom semi-detached house at 78 Adelaide Road, was withdrawn at £350,000 and sold later for over £400,000 by Sherry FitzGerald.

Lisney is quoting £1.75 million for Selskar, a five-bedroom house on Adelaide Road, Glenageary, following its withdrawal from auction.

In Dun Laoghaire, 5 Northumberland Park, a three-bedroom semi-detached house made £230,000 through Lisney.

Lodge Park, a six-bedroom detached Victorian house on Tivoli Road in Dun Laoghaire, was withdrawn at £750,000 by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £875,000.

In Booterstown, 24 Trimleston Gardens, a three-bedroom semidetached house, made £320,000 through Lisney.

In Blackrock, a two-bedroom detached house, The Gate Lodge, at 105 Avoca Park, was sold at a Lisney auction for £500,000.

On Carysfort Avenue, St Catherine's, a three-bedroom semi-detached house, was withdrawn by HOK Residential, which is quoting £335,000.

At 43 Ardagh Park, a four-bedroom bungalow was withdrawn by Gunne Residential.

A four-bedroom bungalow at 108 Stillorgan Grove, Blackrock, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £420,000.

Still in Blackrock, Terry Halpenny is seeking £700,000 for 11 Pinehaven, Cross Avenue, a detached three-bedroom home, after it failed to sell at auction.

The same agent achieved £446,000 at auction for 37 Greenfield Road, Mount Merrion, a four-bedroom semidetached house.

In Foxrock, Dublin 18, Lisney is quoting £307,500 for Shanid, a three-bedroom detached house on Beech Park Road, after it failed to sell at auction.

In Shankill, Eaton Brae House, a six-bedroom Victorian property, was sold at auction for £1.85 million through Ganly Walters.

Also in Shankill, Ganly Walters is quoting £3 million for Aubrey House, a five-bedroom period house on 2.5 acres, after it failed to sell at auction.

Dublin 6 and 8

A large detached four-bedroom house at 4 Appian Way, Leeson Park was withdrawn at £1.5 million by Lisney which is now quoting £2.25 million.

On Dartmouth Square, Number 21, a four-bedroom mid-terrace house, was sold at a HOK Residential auction for £835,000.

In Ranelagh, 37 Mornington Road, a three-bedroom mid-terrace house, was withdrawn at £322,000 and sold later for a higher price through Harper O'Grady.

A six-bedroom Victorian house at 132 Sandford Road was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £1.75 million.

Nearby, at 83 Sandford Road, a four-bedroom mid-terrace house was withdrawn and sold later for over £340,000 through Lisney.

Douglas Newman Good is seeking £450,000 for Apartment 19, Woodhaven, Milltown, after it was withdrawn from auction at £420,000.

Lisney is suggesting a guide price of £1.5 million for Ahody, a five-bedroom Edwardian house at 2a Dartry Road, following its withdrawal from auction.

A four-bedroom end of terrace house at 1 Prince Arthur Terrace, Rathmines, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £800,000.

In Dublin 8, three properties were auctioned on Heytesbury Street in Dublin 8:

Number 21, a single-storey over garden level house in two units fetched £430,000 through Douglas Newan Good;

Number 17, also arranged in two units, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is seeking £475,000;

A double-fronted house, number 76, has been sold for £375,000 by Harper O'Grady following its withdrawal from auction last week. Still in Dublin 8, 3 Raymond Street, off the South Circular Road, a two-bedroom mid-terrace house, fetched £320,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.

Meanwhile, 8 Arbutus Place, a one-bedroom mid-terrace house was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald.

Dublin 14 and 16

In Rathfarnham, Dublin 14, a three-bedroom bungalow at 11 Rathfarnham Park was withdrawn by Jackson-Stops, which is seeking £375,000.

Off Butterfield Avenue, 4 Kilvere, a three-bedroom semidetached house, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is seeking £395,000.

North Dublin

In Dublin 9, 13 Calderwood Road, off Griffith Avenue, a four-bedroom house was sold at a HOK Residential auction for £520,000.

Nearby at 443 Griffith Avenue, a three-bedroom semi-detached house, was withdrawn by Gunne Residential. A four-bedroom end of terrace house at 2 Arran Road, Drumcondra, was withdrawn at £270,000 and is under negotiation through Cumiskey.

In Glasnevin, a three-bedroom semi-detached house at 18 Daneswell Road was sold at a Douglas Newman Good auction for £287,000.

A four-bedroom house at 35 Oulton Road, Clontarf, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £480,000.

A three-bed semi at 60a Seafield Road East, Clontarf, Dublin 3, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Gunne Residential.

In Dublin 5, a five-bedroom semi-detached house at 588 Howth Road was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £390,000.

In Garristown, Co Dublin, a one-bedroom cottage on 0.5 acres was sold prior to auction for over the guide price of £150,000 by HOK Residential.

Wicklow

Jackson-Stops is seeking £725,000 for The Old Schoolhouse, a three-bedroom house on an acre in Calary, Bray, after it failed to sell at auction.

Also in Bray, a five-bedroom semi-detached house, Manderley, on Sidmonton Road, was withdrawn at £450,000 and is under negotiation through Jackson-Stops

In Enniskerry, a five-bedroom detached house at 5 Enniskerry Demesne was withdrawn by Jackson-Stops.

A former hall on 0.5 acres at Laragh was withdrawn at £125,000 and sold after for over £150,000 by Harrington Lait.

A site with planning permission for a cottage at Ballylusk, Ashford, was withdrawn at £150,000 by Jackson-Stops, which is quoting £180,000-plus.

Near Blessington, 6.7 acres of land at The Banks, Manor Kilbride, was auctioned in two lots by J.P. & M. Doyle. Lot 1: 4.7 acres was withdrawn at £100,000. Lot 2: two acres were withdrawn at £65,000.

Provincial

In Co Kildare, a four-bedroom period house on six acres, at Kilrue, Monasterevin, was withdrawn at £1.175 million and sold later for a higher price by Jordan Auctioneers.

Brophy Farrell is seeking £140,000 for Rooskey Cottage, in Ballyteague, Co Kildare, following its withdrawal from auction at £104,000.

Near Naas, 27 acres with a derelict cottage at Landenstown was sold prior to auction for £720,000 through TP Auctioneers of Tallaght.

Joint agents Ganly Walters and Sullivan Auctioneers are seeking £130,000 for a derelict gate lodge at Bridestream, Kilcock, Co Kildare, following its withdrawal from auction at £105,000.

Still in Co Kildare a 31.5-acre non-residential farm at Brackagh, Clonard, was sold at auction for £210,000 by joint agents Coonan and Eugene Byrne & Sons.

A six-bedroom house on a 98-acre stud farm, Caucestown House, Athboy, was sold after auction for over £775,000 by Raymond Potterton.

Coonan Auctioneers auctioned two properties in Kilcock, Co Meath. A three-bedroom house on 33 acres at Mulhussey was sold at auction for £475,000. A 13-acre holding at Phepotstown was offered in two lots. Lot 1: 5.5 acres sold prior to auction. Lot 2: eight acres were withdrawn at £110,000 and are under negotiation.

A three-bedroom cottage Maidland, on seven acres at Coolronan, Ballivor, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Raymond Potterton.

In Trim, a 6,143 sq ft site at High Street, Trim, was sold at auction for £300,000 by joint agents Sherry FitzGerald-Royal and Raymond Potterton.

Near Navan, La Rive, a four-bedroom bungalow on 27.5 acres at Grange Bective, was withdrawn at £475,000 by Sherry FitzGerald-Royal.

In Drogheda, Co Louth, a cottage on 0.75 acres at Banktown, Baltray, was withdrawn at £125,000 by Robert Daly, which is quoting £150,000.

In Birr, Co Offaly, Gloster House, Brosna, a period house on 163 acres, was sold by tender for £1.65 million through HOK Country.

In Co Carlow, Woodbrook House at Tankardstown, Tullow, was auctioned in two lots by Jordan Auctioneers. Lot 1: the house and yard on 52 acres were withdrawn at £470,000. Lot 2: 56 acres were withdrawn at £300,000. Both lots are under negotiation.

Commercial

In Killiney a site with planning permission for five detached houses on Church Road was sold at auction for £1.2 million by DTZ Sherry FitzGerald.

In Ranelagh, 92 Main Street, a shop premises along with a six-bedroom house and two apartments, was sold prior to auction for over the guide price of £900,000 through TP Campion.

Hamilton Osborne King secured over £650,000 after auction for a three-storey over basement office property with a mews to the rear at 2 Connaught Place, in Dun Laoghaire.

In Blackrock, Bar 22 licensed premises, on Temple Road, was withdrawn at £2.6 million by Gabriel Dooley.

On the Lower Kimmage Road, Terenure, KCR House public house was withdrawn at £3.5 million by John Younge.

Jordan Auctioneers secured £340,000 at auction for Doyles Corner Shop, Sallins, Co Kildare.

A 1.83-acre site with planning permission for four apartments, four townhouses and three detached houses at Mount Auburn, Mount Auburn Road, Mullingar, Co Westmeath, was withdrawn by Hamilton Osborne King, which sold it later for £880,000.

In Co Louth, a 1.885-acre site in Ardee was withdrawn by joint agents Lisney and Kieran and Mcgee, which are quoting over £900,000.

Joint agents Raymond Potterton and Nugent sold The Equitation Centre, in Castleblaney, on five acres after auction for over £600,000.

A retail development plus a site, Kellys Bakery, at 18 North Main Street, Wexford Town, was sold at auction for £1.515 million through Kehoe & Associates.

Also in Wexford Town, The Cenacle, an investment property on Henrietta Street, was withdrawn at £180,000 and sold later for a higher price through W. Cleary.

In Waterford, 12.72 acres with outline planning permission for 165 houses at Old Tramore Road, was sold at auction for £1.725 million by Shee & Hawe.

In Co Tipperary, Meaghers public house, at Patrick Street, Templemore, was withdrawn by John Younge.

Gunne Commercial secured over £1.35 million after auction for The Crock O'Gold public house, 19 High Street, Killarney, Co Kerry.
