Sherry FitzGerald secured more than the withdrawal figure of £626,000 after auction for 6 Newbridge Drive, Sandymount, a four-bedroom, semi-detached house.

In Ballsbridge, a three-bedroom apartment at 7 Lynton Court, on the corner of Merrion Road and Sandymount Avenue, was withdrawn at £380,000 and sold later for a higher figure through Wyse & Co.

Gunne Residential is seeking offers in excess of £1.75 million for 96 Pembroke Road, a Georgian house with a site to the rear following its withdrawal from auction at £1.5 million. Still in Ballsbridge, a one-bedroom townhouse at 10 Dodder View was withdrawn at £210,000 and is under negotiation through Gunne Residential.

A four-bedroom townhouse at 29 Hatch Street in Dublin 2 was sold at auction for £560,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.

Off Leeson Park, 10 Winton Road, a four-bedroom period house, was withdrawn by HOK Residential, which is seeking £1.3 million.

A Victorian four-bedroom house at 40 Brighton Road, Rathgar, was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for £689,000.

Nearby, at 74 Brighton Road, a three-bedroom Victorian mid-terrace house was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £560,000.

A four-bedroom end-of-terrace house at 82 Lower Kimmage Road was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £459,000.

In Rathmines, 9 Rathmines Park, a three-bedroom house, was sold at auction for £398,000 by Lowe & Associates.

The same agent is seeking £380,000 for a fourbedroom semi-detached house at 28 Castlewood Park, Rathmines, after it failed to sell at auction.

Also in Rathmines, a Victorian four-bedroom house at 61 Leinster Road was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £920,000.

Sherry FitzGerald is seeking £810,000 for 11a Richview Park, Dartry, a five-bedroom detached house, following its withdrawal from auction.

In Dublin 8, a three-bedroom mid-terrace house at 25 Emorville Avenue, Portobello, was sold at a Douglas Newman Good auction for £460,000.

Off the South Circular Road, a two-bedroom house at 9 St Kevins Parade was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £345,000.

South Dublin

In Blackrock, 17 Woodbine Avenue, a three-bedroom semidetached house, was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for £393,000. A two-bedroom cottage at 17 Newtown Villas, Blackrock, made £227,000 at a Lisney auction.

A four-bedroom semi-detached house at 16 Mather Road North, Mount Merrion, was withdrawn at £482,000 and sold later for a higher figure by Sherry FitzGerald.

In Monkstown, Monkstown House, a six-bedroom detached period house, was sold prior to auction for more than the guide price of £850,000 through Sherry FitzGerald. Gunne Residential is seeking £350,000 for 25 Monkstown Avenue, a three-bedroom semi-detached house, following its withdrawal from auction

Still in Monkstown, a four-bedroom detached house at 26 Brook Court was sold at auction for £412,000 through Douglas Newman Good.

In Sandycove, a Victorian four-bedroom house at 44 Lower Albert Road was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which sold it later for in excess of £500,000. Gunne Residential is seeking £930,000 for Inisfree, a five-bedroom detached house at Wood brook Downs, Shankill, after it failed to sell at auction.

A four-bedroom semi-detached hosue, Muff, at Clonskeagh Road, Clonskeagh, Dublin 14, was withdrawn at a Sherry FitzGerald auction yesterday. In Rathfarnham, 38 acres of agricultural land at Kilmashogue Lane were withdrawn and are under negotiation through Elliott & FitzGerald.

In Dublin 20, Lisney is seeking £1 million-plus for Sunnymede, Strawberry Beds, a three-bedroom detached house on one acre.

In Clondalkin, Dublin 22, a detached house on 0.6 acres, Cherryville, Newlands Cross, was withdrawn at £500,000 and is under negotiation through Colm McEvoy.

In Lucan, Clonard, Esker Hill, a hunting lodge on 0.3 acres, sold at auction for £270,000 through Kieran Brady & Associates.

Tom Maher fetched £203,000 at auction for Meegan farmhouse and outbuildings on an acre at Saggart Hill on the Blessington Road, Saggart, Co Dublin.

In Co Wicklow, a two-bedroom house on 0.33 acres, Knockmaroon, Glencormac, was withdrawn by H.J. Byrne, which is quoting £200,000.

North Dublin

In Clontarf, a five-bedroom detached house at 32 Kincora Park was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for a strong price of £936,000.

Sherry FitzGerald secured £600,000-plus prior to auction for a detached bungalow at 179 Seafield Road, Clontarf. Nearby at 63 Vernon Park, a three-bedroom semi-detached house was withdrawn at £270,000 by Lisney, which sold it later for a higher price. Douglas Newman Good is seeking £1 million for Derradda, a five-bedhouse at 105 Mount Prospect Avenue, following its withdrawal from auction. Still in Clontarf a four-bedroom detached house at 9 Dollymount Avenue was withdrawn by Gunne Residential, which is seeking £560,000.

Lisney fetched £605,000 at auction for 214 Griffith Avenue, Dublin 9, a four-bedroom semi.

Elsewhere in Dublin 9, 10 Grace Park Gardens, Drumcondra was sold after auction for over the guide price of £310,000 through HOK Residential.

In Sutton, Dublin 13, a fourbedroom bungalow at 26 Offington Drive was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £450,000. A four-bedroom detached house at 14 The Park, Skerries Rock, Skerries, was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good which is quoting £275,000.

Elsewhere in Skerries, a fivebedroom detached bungalow on 0.75 acres at Kellys Bay, Barngeeragh, was sold prior to auction by Douglas Newman Good.

A five-bedroom bungalow on 1.5 acres, Ashleigh House, at Homeleigh, Porterstown, Dublin 15, was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good, which is seeking £1.2 million.

In Clonsilla, Dublin 15, a twobedroom cottage, St Laurence's, on Orchard Avenue, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald which sold it later for over £150,000.

Provincial

Ferris O'Reilly fetched £405,000 at auction for Sherlockstown, a three-bedroom cottage on 24 acres at Sallins. Also in Co Kildare, Francis Davey secured £160,000 at auction for 433 Courtown Road, Kilcock.

A three-bedroom house on five acres at Borranstown, Ashbourne, Co Meath, made £259,000 at a Ronald Duff auction.

In Ratoath, a cottage on 1.1 acres at The Commons, on Fairyhouse Road, was withdrawn at £240,000 and is under negotiation through J.S. Fox.

A cottage on an acre at Athronan, Dunsany, was withdrawn at £140,000 and is under negotiation through Sherry & Associates.

A four-bedroom house on 9.75 acres at Ardmullan, Hill of Ward, Athboy, was withdrawn by Coonan, which is quoting £250,000-plus.

A detached house at Carrick Court, Cavan Road, Kells, was withdrawn at £176,000 and is under negotiation through T & J Gavigan.

Near Parknasilla, Co Kerry, a large six-bedroom period house on 20 acres, Clashnacree House, was sold after auction for close to £1 million through Cohalan Downing.

Commercial

In Cork, Cohalan Downing & Associates sold a 4.7-acre commercial development site at South Link Road by private auction for £3.65 million.

In Castleknock, Dublin 15, a site with planning permission for 15 two-bed apartments and 15 two-bed duplex units at River Road fetched £2.05 million through Gunne Commercial. In Dublin 9, Egan's Guest House, at 7/9 Iona Park, was sold at auction for £1.4 million by John Younge. In Dublin 6, three shop premises with development potential at 286 Harold's Cross Road were sold at auction in one lot for £760,000 through Finnegan Menton.

A site with planning for three houses at Belmont Avenue, Donnybrook, made £875,000 through joint agents Ross McParland and Sherry FitzGerald.

A two-storey over garden level Victorian house with 20 car-parking spaces at 1 Northbrook Road, Dublin 6, was withdrawn at £1.9 million and sold later for a higher price through DTZ Sherry FitzGerald.

In Co Kildare, a 0.21-acre site at Main Street, Celbridge, was withdrawn by Gunne Commercial which is quoting £800,000.

A residential public house, Cloughan Inn, Mullingar, Co Westmeath, was withdrawn at £760,000 and is under negotiation through Murtagh Bros.

In Co Tipperary, P.J. Broderick auctioned two pubs. In Cahir, The Mill Tavern was withdrawn at £400,000 and is under negotiation. The Jury Room, at Ballynonty, Thurles, sold prior for about £200,000.

In Sligo, The Innisfree Hotel, High Street, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Gunne Commercial.

In Kilkenny city, The Black Abbot, a residential licensed premises at 1 Thomas Street, was withdrawn at £440,000 and is under negotiation through Colm McEvoy.

In Wexford, The Tack Room pub, at 38 North Main Street, was withdrawn at £720,000 through joint agents Gabriel Dooley and Kehoe & Associates who are quoting £825,000.
