Sales Results:A large detached house on an acre of ground at Torquay Road in Foxrock has been sold for a price believed to be in the region of €6 million.
The five-bedroom house called Invergarry, whose grounds include a swimming pool and a tennis court, was withdrawn from auction in October and while terms were agreed shortly afterwards the sale has just been completed through Sherry FitzGerald.
The same agent withdrew a Victorian semi-detached redbrick at 2 Lansdowne Terrace on Shelbourne Road. It is now for sale at €3.1 million.
