THE first speculative high-bay warehouse being developed in Dublin has been pre-sold to Williams Air Freight for £3

THE first speculative high-bay warehouse being developed in Dublin has been pre-sold to Williams Air Freight for £3.3 million. The 56,500-square-foot building is being developed by Michael Ryan's Saltan Property Company at the Western Business Park overlooking the M50 in west Dublin. Paul McNeive of Hamilton Osborne King, who advised Saltan, said that when completed in April the warehouse would allow for the most up-to-date computerised racking system. The building is close to another high-bay warehouse which was developed, by transport company Walsh Western.
