Fujitsu Siemens Computers has relocated to new hightech offices at Park West Business Campus in west Dublin. The new company came into existence last October following the merger between the computer divisions of Fujitsu and Siemens. Staff numbers have increased by 50 per cent since then and, according to the managing director, Brendan Supply, they have achieved the highest percentage growth rate of any of their companies in Europe.
Also in Dublin, Inflow Inc has leased 28,000 sq ft of warehouse and office space at Kilcarbery Park, on the Nangor Road, Clondalkin. The company will be paying a rent of £9 per sq ft, according to letting agents Agar.
In Cork, Lisney is quoting a rent of £6 per sq ft or a selling price of £450,000 for two adjoining warehouse buildings with a total floor area of 5,850 sq ft at South Ring Road. The buildings, currently laid out as a single unit, are located in a well-established warehouse location close to the Kinsale Road roundabout.
