This weekend sees the launch of 15 holiday homes in the Sandy Cove development at Ballymoney, Co Wexford.
The houses are part of the second phase of the development, which will have about 175 houses in total. Eighty-two homes will be sold in this second phase, with a further 25 houses still at the planning stage. Prices in this phase range from £115,000 to £143,500, according to sales agents the Phillips Partnership. The largest house in the scheme is the dormer three-bedroom detached at 1,345 sq ft priced at £143,500. A two-bed detached dormer bungalow costs £130,000 and is quite spacious at 1,200 sq ft while two-bedroom semi-detached houses are priced at £115,000.
