Sherry FitzGerald sold a four-bedroom mid terrace house at 106 Iona Road in Glasnevin at auction for £455,000. Nearby, the same agent is seeking £355,000 for 15 Iona Villas, a four-bedroom semi-detached house after it failed to sell at auction.

In Killiney, 10 Wyvern, a five-bedroom bungalow on Killiney Road, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald which is quoting £495,000.

A strong price of £450,000 was achieved at auction by Morton & Flanagan for 12 acres of agricultural land at The Leas, Swords, Co Dublin.

In commercial sales, a residential licensed premises at The Bridge Inn in Newcastle, Co Wicklow was withdrawn at £1.5 million by Gabriel Dooley which is quoting £2 million.

Also in Co Wicklow, a 14,000 sq ft commercial building with a separate 3,000 sq ft office block, all on 1.1 acres, was sold at auction for £440,000 through Raymond Gaffney.

A boat yard and marina at Rinnacurreen, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co Leitrim was sold by tender for about £350,000 by Sherry FitzGerald Farrell.
