They offer advice on how to value your property (that we’d love to hear as even agents with years of experience are having trouble with valuing property these days, see page 1), how to advertise , how to negotiate, how to prepare your home for sale and how to close the deal.

If that wasn’t enough you can then make your own brochures from scratch with a tool they give you, and they will even provide a local solicitor to provide conveyance services from €950.
