Co Meath: from €360,000:Houses will be on view this Saturday and Sunday at Delvin Banks, an attractive new homes development in the village of Naul, about 30km north of Dublin city.

O'Farrell Cleere Auctioneers will be offering two, three and four-bedroom houses in a mix of terraced, semi-detached and detached versions.

Thirty-five houses remain for sale in phase one and a further 50 will be sold at a later stage.

Developer Brian O'Farrell of Headland Homes and architects O'Connor Sutton Cronin have produced an up-to-the-minute specification for Delvin Banks.

Exteriors are cream render with part stone facing and windows are pine.

Inside, gloss kitchens come in a variety of styles, all with granite worktops and splashbacks. Appliances are not part of the standard fit-out.
