Also in Co Meath, a house on 40 acres, Somerville, at Balrath, was auctioned in two lots through Gunne Residential. Lot one: the house on 11 acres, sold for £405,000. Lot two: 29 acres, was withdrawn at £190,000 and is under negotiation.
In Co Cavan, Duignans shop and filling station at Lisduff, Virginia, was withdrawn at £230,000 and sold later for a higher figure price through Martin Shortt.
Also in Co Cavan, the same agent withdrew a shop and filling station at Lavagh, Ballyheelan, Kilnaleck, at £190,000 and is currently under negotiation.
A four-bedroom house, The Coach House, in Blackrock, Co Louth, was sold at auction for £410,000 by Laurence C Gunne.
Sherry FitzGerald sold a three/ four-bedroom terraced house at 13 Carmody Street, Ennis, Co Clare, at auction for £138,000 through Sherry FitzGerald McMahon.
In Co Roscommon, a 0.5-acre site with outline planning permission for a house at Knockhall, Rooskey, was sold at auction for £47,000 through McDonagh-Casey.
A 6.5-acre site with planning permission for 29 three-bedroom houses in Collinstown, Co Westmeath, was withdrawn at £500,000 and is under negotiation through Cowen Auctioneers.
In Co Tipperary, The Abbey Bar, Nenagh, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald Talbot, which is seeking £400,000-plus.
The same agent is quoting £200,000 for 26 acres of sand/ gravel deposits at Corville, Roscrea. following its withdrawal from auction.
A five-bedroom house on 38.5 acres at Poulmarle, Taghmon, Co Wexford, was auctioned in two lots by John Keane & Co. Lot one: the house on 1.78 acres, was withdrawn at £200,000 and sold later for a higher figure price. Lot two: 36.7 acres, made £175,000.
Also in Co Wexford, the Keyhold Bar, at Commercial Quay, Wexford town, was withdrawn at £435,000 and sold later for a higher figure price through Keogh & Associates.
In Co Wicklow, a residential/commercial property, O'Dhuill's, on Main Street, Aughrim, was withdrawn at £250,000.
