CO WEXFORD:FROM €149,500 A new phase of seaside houses, bungalows and apartments in Co Wexford come to the market this week. Located on the southern edge of the holiday village of Courtown prices start at €149,500.
Pat Neville Developments built around 300 homes at Riverchapel Wood in 2005 and now the first 30 units in a new 200-unit section go on release this week. So far, the majority of buyers atoccupiers.
The selling agent is Hooke MacDonald. Show units will be on display on site from tomorrow.

Two-bed apartments with 73sq m (7685sq ft) are priced from €149,500. The top price is €265,000 for three-bed detached bungalows of 101sq m (1,090sq ft).
In between there are a range of unit styles and prices including four-bed three-storey townhouses with 129sq m (1,385sq ft) of living space, which are priced from €199,500.
Prices are more or less back at 2005 figures. Bungalows are €26,000 more expensive and two and three-bed townhouses are up by €9,550. But three and four-bed semi-detached houses are down by between €7,500 and €14,000.
Houses in this scheme, will be ready for occupation in October, according to the selling agent.
