Gunne Property Consultants and Richard Ellis International have further cemented their relationship by opening a new office in Belfast. The joint venture company, Richard Ellis Gunne (NI), will be headed up by chief executive Guy Hollis, who is already based full-time in Belfast. He was up to recently director of leasing at the Bangkok office of Jones Lang Wootton.

Mr Hollis said the already strong links between Dublin, London and Belfast were increasing in terms of inward investment to the North from the UK and Ireland, particularly for investors and occupiers.

Fintan Gunne said the opening of the Belfast office was a further strategic step in the rapid growth of the Gunne group. "It establishes us as a major player in the commercial property market both in Ireland and now Northern Ireland."
