It's all change at Gunne Property Consultants where youthful MD Pat Gunne, is restructuring the company and broadening its range of property services to give it extra edge in today's highly competitive environment.

Having appointed a new board of directors to look after the commercial property division, Pat is now about to do the same thing in the residential sector. And like the new commercial board, Gunne Residential will also have a mixture of senior executives and outside directors.

The former Brown Thomas boss George McCullagh is chairman of the commercial board and his fellow directors, apart from Pat Gunne, are Ted Webster of Insignia, Richard Ellis in London, Guy Hollis of Richard Ellis-Gunne, Belfast, and three young Dublin executives, Ronan Webster, Willy Dowling and Paul Culhane.
