Ratoath: from €600,000: A new phase of large houses at the Steeplechase scheme in Ratoath have many extras, writes Kate McMorrow.

Four and five-bedroom detached houses in Ratoath with a high-spec finish go on sale today through Sherry FitzGerald New Homes. Prices start at €600,000 for four-bedroom houses of 130sq m (1,400sq ft) and from €650,000 for five-bedroom family homes of 156-176sq m (1,680-1,780sq ft).

Within walking distance of the village, Steeplechase is well under way and maturing nicely, with established trees and attractive landscaping creating a good first impression.

Developer McGarrell Reilly has pushed the boat out with this section of the development, named Steeplechase Hill. McCrossan O'Rourke Manning is the architect, Ronan MacDiarmada is the landscaper and Charon Thompson designed the very smart show houses.
