Forty-six homes in the first phase of the Bakers Walk development in Kilcock, Co Kildare, are being offered for sale with starting prices of £132,950 for two-bedroom townhouses. Keane Mahony Smith is the selling agent.
Of the 46 units now on sale, 37 are three-bed semi-detached houses with 1,150 sq ft which cost £154,950 (196,745). All three-bed semi-detached homes have an extended kitchen, an en suite main bedroom and are also plumbed for a downstairs toilet.
