Four-bedroom semis with car ports and 112sq m (1,210sq ft) of accommodation start at €745,000. Top of the range at Air Park are four-bed three-storey houses with carports and 129sq m (1,389sq ft) of space, priced from €910,000. Completions are scheduled from September to December this year.

The Stocking Lane location is nine km from the city centre and close to the M50 motorway. When completed, Air Park will have 82 houses and 20 two-bedroom apartments in a mix of styles.
