Number 100 is a five-bedroom house with 232sq m (2,500sq ft) of living space, a 20ft conservatory and a west-facing garden. Features include solid oak flooring in the main rooms, an attractive kitchen complete with Stanley range, lots of fitted-out storage space in the bedrooms and ground floor study.
Clontarf: €2.65mThe home of late Olympics helmsman Alf Delaney in Dublin 3 is back on the market again with a new price after failing to sell earlier this year. Lisney has set an asking price of €2.65 million for Fourways, 58 Seafield Road East in Clontarf. Last May it was for sale for €2.8 million. The 1920s dormer-style bungalow has lots of space with four bedrooms and two formal reception rooms. Ideal for a well-heeled family. However, given that the house has a prime position on the corner of Seafield Road East and Vernon Avenue and it stands on 0.31 acres, the property could be of interest to a developer.

The livingroom has original timber floorboards and feature fireplace. There are great views from the rear over Dublin Bay.
