A new apartment scheme off Dublin's quays comes to the market this week. City Square is a development of 27 apartments on Gloucester Street North, behind City Quay in Dublin 2.

25% price cut at Citywest

A new phase of apartments at Aranbel Construction's Citypark development in Citywest, Dublin 24 comes to the market this week. The scheme is beside the Citywest shopping centre and comprises over 200 apartments. Two-beds are priced from €249,950 down from €335,000 in 2006 - a price cut of 25 per cent. Two-bed penthouses are priced from €280,000 and have 80-90sq m (861-968sq ft) of living space.

From ¬345,000 in Churchtown

The marketing suite at Hazel Brook Square in Churchtown reopens this weekend to sell the remaining apartments in phase one. One-beds are from €345,000, two-beds are priced from €415,000 and three-beds cost from €585,000. Prices are up by between €5,000-€10,000 on the original launch. Developer Capel Developments is offering to pay 4 per cent interest on deposits for the duration of the building period.
