CO KERRY/FROM €390,000:TWELVE HOUSES on the outskirts of Inch village, Co Kerry have views over Inch Strand.
An Ghráig, meaning hamlet in Irish, is a scheme of three-bedroom houses on the outskirts of Inch village.
Prices start at €390,000 for three-bed houses with 104-112sq m (1,115-1,200sq ft).
There is also one four-bedroom house with 139sq m (1,500sq ft) priced at €490,000.
Standard fit-out at An Ghráig includes timber floors in the livingroom, luxury fitted and tiled kitchens, and carpets in all bedrooms and stairs.
Outside there are patio areas and a garden shed with room for surf boards and bikes.
The biggest selling point, however, is the scheme's location off the main Dingle-Tralee road with views over Inch Strand, one of the iconic locations of Ryan's Daughter.
The famous golden sanded strand is 1km from the scheme and access is via a pedestrian footpath.
The scheme is likely to appeal to buyers looking for an up-market holiday home as well as locals keen to buy in a scenic location where planning permission is difficult to secure, according to Tom O'Keeffe from Brideview Developments who have developed the scheme and are also acting as the selling agent.
Construction at the scheme is well underway and the homes should be ready to move into by the summer, according to the developer.
