Dublin insurance brokerage Brennan Insurances has paid about £2.5 million for a 15-year-old office building owned by Canada Life at 12/14 Lower Mount Street, Dublin 2. Palmer McCormack originally planned to let the four-storey over basement building when it was vacated by Canada Life staff but later agreed to sell it. Sherry FitzGerald acted for Brennan Insurances.
