Developer Sean Reilly has landed another top-class tenant for his office development, Iveagh Court, at Harcourt Street, Dublin 2. Mercer Ltd, the international insurance company, has agreed to rent 50,000 sq ft of space on a 25-year lease at a rent of £27.50 per sq ft. It will move in next spring. The letting comes shortly after the Department of Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht rented over 20,000 sq ft at £27 a sq ft.

When it is completed in 2002, Iveagh Court will comprise four individual blocks with almost 203,000 sq ft of space around a central courtyard. Sean Reilly's company, Alcove Properties, bought the office site from Aranas for £3.2 million. He also acquired a modern office block on Mount Street for £3.2 million and later sold it on to the Ulster Bank at £5.5 million.

Gunne Commercial and Palmer McCormack were letting agents, while Bill Nowlan acted for Mercer Ltd.
