A leading international chain of Internet shops, easyEverything, is seeking a location in Dublin as the chain expands its network of 24-hour Internet cafes.

The easyEverything chain was founded by Stelios Haji-Ioannou, the founder of easyJet and easyRentacar.com. For an average of £1 an hour, the easyEverything Internet shops provide customers with fibre optic Internet access around the clock in premises with an in-store coffee shop.

The shops attract students and ordinary shoppers as well as tourists, and are often located close to tourist attractions, universities or in areas well known for their night-life. The group is seeking a 10,760 sq ft location in Dublin which meets that kind of profile.

Stephen Murray of Jones Lang LaSalle, which is acquiring the premises for Dublin, says: "Even though this comprises a large floor area requirement for Dublin, the fact that the accommodation can be distributed over three levels and can site in good edge-of-prime locations should shorten the timescale to secure accommodation for easyEverything."
