IRISH Life has secured £275,000 for each of two former district offices in Dun Laoghaire and Lucan. Lambert Smith Hampton sold both properties by auction. The Dun Laoghaire building, at Marine Road, can be used as offices or a hostel. The newly constructed building fronting on the main street in Lucan has a floor area of 2,800 square feet.
