SALES RESULTS:  KNIGHT FRANK has sold by private treaty the Old Schoolhouse, Avoca, Co Wicklow, a former schoolhouse converted to a four-bedroom house on two acres (asking price €1.1 million). The property is the home of Jackass star Chris Pontius and his Irish wife Claire Nolan who are now leaving for LA where Pontius is lined up to make Jackass III.

In Co Dublin, a double fronted five-bedroom semi-detached house, 126 Booterstown Avenue, Booterstown, sold by private treaty (asking price €1.7 million) through Lisney. The property was put on the market only two weeks ago.

Savills HOK fetched €564,000 at auction yesterday for 8 Landscape Gardens, Churchtown, Dublin 14, a five-bed semi in need of complete refurbishment.

In Dublin 4, a four-bed mews with a large back garden and four car-parking spaces, 50 Heytesbury Lane, was withdrawn at auction last week and is now quoting €2.2 million through Bergins.

Elsewhere, a five-bed detached house on 0.7 acres, Mulberry Lodge, Adamstown, Garristown, Co Dublin, sold under the hammer for €800,000 through Knight Frank.
