Leyden Auctioneers in Co Clare is selling the ailte approved Lahinch Hostel and its restaurant, The Bay View, at auction on August 11th.

The hostel and restaurant, with seating for 60, has views over Liscannor Bay and Lahinch strand and is close to the championship golf links and Seaworld. The hostel has approval for 48 guests. The agents would not comment on a guide price but it is understood to be in the region of £500,000.
