Dublin 24/from €300,000: Sherry FitzGerald New Homes is launching a final phase of 30 houses from plans at the Rossberry development a mile-and-a-half from Lucan village with prices starting from €300,000. Justin Comiskey reports.
Most of the homes at Rossberry have been occupied since 2000, so potential buyers can get a good feel for this Kingscroft Developments Ltd scheme by visiting the site.
Designed by Peter White & Associates, all the house styles at Rossberry have full-brick elevations with gardens to the front and rear.
Of the 30 homes being released, there are 10 three-bedroom semi-detached homes of 101 sq m (1,088 sq ft) costing from €300,000, and 12 four-bedroom semi-detached homes with 108 sq m (1,166 sq ft) priced from €315,000.
In addition, there is one four-bedroom detached home of 114 sq m (1,225 sq ft) priced €352,500, and three four-bedroom "luxury" detached houses with 118 sq m (1,275 sq ft) of accommodation priced from €385,000.
Rossberry is in walking distance of Lucan village and offers easy access via the N4 to the M50. There is also a selection of schools, shops and leisure facilities a short drive away.
Standard features at Rossberry include gas-fired central heating, fitted kitches, fitted wardrobes, an en suite with the main bedroom and a downstairs toilet.
This final phase at Rossberry was held up while locating overhead ESB cables. But, with most of the scheme now mature, buyers can see for themselves what they'll be getting for their money.
