The Elms overlooks communal gardens in the centre of the development. A total of 85 apartments in three low-rise blocks and 15 townhouses will make up this development when finished.
Developer Caraghstone Homes has provided a high-spec to match the quality of the site at Pelletstown. Large landscaped gardens will incorporate barbecue areas. Roof gardens will also be provided and one underground car-parking space comes with each unit.
Windows and doors are Scandinavian pine and balconies or terraces are provided with all apartments. Good quality kitchens include integrated appliances. Wall tiling is also included in kitchens and bathrooms and there is an en suite off the main bedroom in two and three-bedroom units. Wardrobes are also fitted. Heating is natural gas.
Apartments booked this weekend will be ready to move into between the end of this year and early 2006, according to the selling agent.
