Park Developments is seeking £3.3 million (€4.19m) for the last remaining industrial building in the first phase of the Northwest Business Park in Dublin. The 35,000 sq ft block can, alternatively be rented at £265,000 (€336,480) through Hamilton Osborne King.

Elsewhere, the same agency has let 4,200 industrial and office building at the Western Industrial Estate to Abec Challenge Power Transmission Ireland. The four years and nine months lease provides for a rent of £31,500 (€39,996) per annum.
