Phase two of Riverbank in Drogheda is being launched this weekend by Ross McParland, comprising 30 three and four-bedroom homes in a valley setting overlooking the River Boyne.
Built by Menolly Homes, which specialises in high volume, lower cost housing, over 90 houses have been sold since the development was launched in September with a sales value of £13 million.
This release comprises a mix of four-bedroom semidetached, three-bedroom semi-detached and four-bedroom detached homes. Given the range of houses available, they are likely to appeal to both first time buyers and those wishing to move to a bigger house outside the city. The Balbriggan by-pass has cut journey times from Dublin and the northern motorway is expected to be a further boon to the town.
Three-bedroom semi-detached 1,100 sq ft houses are priced from £128,950 and four-bedroom semi-detached 1,300 sq ft houses cost from £138,950. There are two styles of four-bedroom detached houses, the 1,450 sq ft version is priced from £158,950 and the 1,680 sq ft house is from £185,000.
Standard features include security lighting to rear, solid mahogany panelled hall doors, wall tiling in the kitchen, bathroom and en suite and coving.
Other Menolly Homes schemes include Eglinton Wood in Donnybrook, Annsbrook in The Maples in Clonskeagh, Bramblefields in Blandchardstown and Linnetfields off the Navan Road.
Showhouses are open on Saturday and Sunday between 3-5 p.m.
