Neill Love of Druker Fanning is quoting a premium of around £100,000 (127,000) for the lease of a high-profile, mews-style office building at 45 Fitzwilliam Place, Dublin 2, which is to be sold by tender.
The 2,221 sq ft building has been occupied up to now by Beamish & Crawford which is moving to larger, company-owned premises in the city. The Fitzwilliam Place building is rented at £34,000 (43,200) per annum or £15 (19) per sq ft.
